#5. I love that you can buy toys made from sustainably harvested timber, like this dolls house furniture made from natural rubberwood from rubber trees which no longer produce latex.

#6. I love that the simplicity of timber toys seems to encourage imaginary play - more so than plastic toys with batteries, bells and whistles.

#7. I love that they are durable enough to last a lifetime, or more. I wonder how many children have played with this old kitchen hutch?
